Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you can track it using:

  • The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or

  • Your customer account (if you’ve created one)


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


PO Boxes & Special Addresses

Some carriers may have limitations when delivering to PO Boxes or certain remote locations. If we’re unable to ship to your address, we’ll contact you.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@rodeotuff.comand we’ll do our best to assist.

Once an order is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control.
