Return Policy

We want you to love your Rodeo Tuff purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Final Sale Items

• All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

• Log into your customer account and submit a return request, or

• Contact us at info@rodeotuff.com within 14 days of delivery.

All returns are subject to review and approval once received.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
